Kelly Michelle Stables was born in St. Louis Missouri where she was a performer in The Muny Opera. She earned her degree at The University of Missouri Columbia with a BA in Communications and theater. Her career began in Los Angeles as a theater artist, performing and choreographing more than 20 musicals and plays. These included The Little Foxes Brady Bunch The Musical Peter Pan and The Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera's The Musical Peter Pan. She also performed seven titles at Los Angeles' Storybook Theatre. Kelly was able to land films and TV roles when she enrolled in improvisation classes and was an Theatre West company member. Kelly has an unique voice and her diminutive size lets her perform a range of roles. Her role with Naomi Watts as Samara the character in The Ring 2 is well recognized, but she's better recognized for playing the lively receptionist on Two and a Half Men. From 2011 to 2015 Kelly played a paralegal at-day/party hopper at-night as a Series regular on the TV Land comedy The Exes. Alyssa Mio's smart sexpert Little Sister was Kelly's main character on ABC Romantically Challenged. No Tomorrow on the CW featured her as an exhausted suburban mom. Her fame is based on the soprano singing voice she has in numerous cartoons. This includes Doc McStuffins Tom & Jerry Sofia the First. She was most recently seen in NBC's smash comedy Superstore as the sluggish, but charming Cloud 9 worker. Alongside her husband and two children, she enjoys a quiet lifestyle.
